Our Master of Management program is similar in style to an MBA, but for a younger market. In just one year, you will develop the skills that businesses demand, regardless of your previous experience or undergraduate area of study.

This degree will provide you with access to business projects with industry leaders, personalised career coaching and networking opportunities.

No prior work experience is needed and graduates from any area of study are encouraged to apply.ÌýYou will be part of a hand-picked group of around 50 students who work together in an inspiring environment.

The degree is a 60 credit point (12 months full-time or 2 years part-time) pre-experience program that will equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary for a career in management in your chosen field.Ìý

Admission criteria

To be considered for admission, an applicant is required to have:

  • - Ìýan Australian bachelor's degree or higher with a credit average (65 percent) or equivalent qualification or
  • - Ìýan Australian bachelor's degree or higher with less than a credit average (minimum 50 percent required), and satisfactory performance in the GMAT (for guidance, the class average score is 630) or equivalent Business School approved admissions test.Ìý

For qualifications awarded outside Australia, equivalencies and admission criteria are determined based on the country, institution and qualification.

The Master of Management (CEMS) is a 72 credit point degree (three semesters of full time study) pre-experience program.

  • - ÌýAustralian citizens: From 2023 Australian citizens will be exempt from the CEMS language requirements (they will be admitted based on English as a mother tongue). As part of the program, these students will be required to learn a second and third language to a beginner/elementary level. Please note that the CEMS language requirement is an exit requirement and must be completed prior to graduation.

  • - ÌýInternational students: Must be fluent in a minimum of two languages, one of which can be English. If a student's mother tongue is not English then they will not be required to undertake language testing, unless they wish to. If a student's mother tongue is English then they will be required to undertake . As part of the program, students will be required to undertake a third language to a beginner/elementary level. Please note that the CEMS language requirement is an exit requirement and must be completed prior to graduation.
