About this honours subject area
Honours in French and Francophone Studies consists of two seminars (one each semester) and an 18,000 - 20,000 word thesis on a topic in students’ area of interest.
Admission to Honours requires a major in French and Francophone Studies with an average of 70 percent or above. It is strongly recommended that all intending Honours students complete at least one semester exchange in a French-speaking country.
