The Bachelor of Advanced Studies units allowed me to transition smoothly from university to my career as a consultant at PwC. I found the advanced coursework units reflected that of a consulting project, allowing me to develop my teamwork, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Advanced Studies (Business Information Systems and Marketing)
The Business School Honours Program is an additional year of intensive study that students with a superior academic record may undertake upon completion of their undergraduate degree. The program aims to produce Honours graduates who are highly motivated, organised and demonstrate superior initiative.

Students who commence a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Advanced Studies before Semester 1 2025 may be eligible to apply for an appended honours year in the Bachelor of Advanced Studies (Honours). This and other honours options will be communicated to potential candidates during your studies.
If you have already completed a Bachelor degree and would like to undertake Honours, entry may be permitted if you commenced your undergraduate study less than ten years ago, subject to other requirements for entry.
If Honours is not an option but you are interested in higher degree research study, you may want to consider theĀ Master of Philosophy.
