There are specific academic and English language entry requirements for each course. To be eligible for admission, you need to meet both the academic and English language requirements for your chosen course. These requirements vary by course and level of study.

The application process primarily involves gathering documents such as evidence of your academic qualifications and English language proficiency, completing an application form either by yourself or with the help of an authorised agent, and paying an application fee. Some courses may also require additional documentation or an interview.

Semester 1 usually starts in late February and Semester 2 starts at the beginning of August each year. For Semester 1, you usually need to have submitted your application to study by a specific day in January. For Semester 2, it’s usually by mid-June. TheÌýCentre for English TeachingÌýprovides direct entry courses for undergraduate and postgraduate programs.

OurÌýUniversity of Sydney Preparation ProgramsÌý(USPP) are pre-university programs delivered at Taylors College.

We also haveÌýarticulation partnershipsÌýwith international partners, allowing you to start your degree in your home country and complete it in Sydney.

These include merit-based scholarships, equity scholarships, and other financial aid or assistance which is usually offered by government partners and sponsorship bodies. Eligibility for scholarships and financial assistance varies depending on the course and level of study, as well as your personal circumstances.

We do offer some fully online courses but they are not eligible for students on a student visa. Students on a student visa are required to study on campus. Visa regulations impose limits on online study.
